SLCT (acronym for Studio Legale Commerciale Tributario, in respect of the original vocation of the Firm) was founded in 1992 as an Associated Firm.

Since its foundation, the Firm has provided legal, tax and commercial assistance to small and medium-sized businesses, which are the most characteristic of the territory of the provinces of Bologna and Modena.

The Firm guarantees, through continuous communications, a service capable of providing correct, rapid and timely answers in the ordinary management of the company activity.

The streamlined and deliberately light structure of the organization also allows cost control for the benefit of our customers.

Commercial law, labor law, domestic and international contracts, arbitration matters, up to the usual problems of credit management and insolvency, represent the set of activities which our firm can handle thanks to a consolidated network of external collaborations.

Lastly, mention should be made of corporate criminal law, intimately related to normal business activity; managed through the services of external and independent collaborations.

With recent, stable, well-established and profitable collaborations, in particular with the SCF Law Firm in Milan, the Firm activity has now a more ambitious territorial profile.

The previous experience acquired by the members of the Firm also allows to handle with international issues, nowadays essential to provide a modern, complete and up-to-date service.

English, German Spanish and French are spoken fluently.

Although with a prevalent commercial vocation, SLCT also deals with family law (separations, divorces, child protection, support administrations, adoptions) in order to offer its services also to individual customers, not just companies, in an extremely delicate and constantly evolving field.

The small size of the Firm allows the professionals to have direct, continuous and personal contact with the customers, offering the advantage of a relationship, between client and professional, based on personality and on the continuous exchange of contacts, updates and information.
